Joyce Caselli, RN
If I could think of one nurse who truly deserves recognition, it is Joyce. She is the epitome of a great nurse, great worker, and great team member. Anything anyone needs Joyce is there to help in a heartbeat. She is always the first person to help and the last person to complain. She is consistently running back and forth answering call bells, helping nurses. Throughout COVID-19, Joyce has always jumped in an emergency in any room, COVID or not. It is hard to stand in a room doing patient care for multiple hours helping a critical patient. Despite that, Joyce was always willing to help always volunteering to take a patient, and always offering to help with a turn. I think if anyone deserves to be recognized, it is Joyce in ICU.
