Nurse Joyce in the ICU is a very kind, attentive, and professional employee in the ICU unit at the Hampton VA Medical Center. She listened to ALL my needs and concerns. If I had a question or concern that she could not answer she made sure that she found the answer or found someone who knew and could take care of my concerns. She went above and beyond to make me feel like I was an important patient and valued veteran. She checked in on me more than any other nurse during my stay at the Hampton VAMC.
