Joyce is such a spectacular nurse. She exemplifies what compassion, intelligence, dedication are all rolled into one. Her high level of standards shine through in everything she does. When she comes into a room, she explains everything that she is going to do and all that will happen during her shift. There are no surprises! She is kind, warm, compassionate, smiling, friendly, patient, informative, diligent, and expedient in all of her duties and she follows through with all that she says that she will do. I cannot begin to tell you how important that is!

Although I know she has many patients, she never makes you feel like you are bothering her even with the smallest of details. Not many nurses can accomplish what she does in her solitary day. I am very impressed with Joyce. She needs to be acknowledged properly, not just a simple pat on the back but some big award. She enriches your establishment and you are very lucky. Ms Joyce is such a treasure.
