First let me express that all of the nurses and staff in the ICU have been exceptional, caring, considerate, and friendly. They have been attentive to my son who has special needs and also for my husband and me. They addressed all of our concerns, questions, and needs.
In particular, Joyce was so sweet, empathetic, and patient with my son's care, but also with the concerns and questions that my husband and I had. She even ordered a coffee and donut cart to make our stay in the ICU more pleasant and convenient. My family is grateful and appreciative!
