Joyce is a very compassionate and attentive nurse. My mother was in the hospital for 5 days and had Joyce as her nurse for 3 of those days. She went out of her way to make sure my mom was comfortable and that both of our needs were met. Her communication was exceptional. She told my mom what to expect, and what she was going to do to her. If we asked her to do something, if she could, she was right on it, and if she needed permission, she would call my mom's doctor and ask him for permission. We feel that she deserves this recognition for her excellent service to her patients.
