"I was incredibly nervous going into my surgery on Monday, but Joyce met me in the waiting room with a smile and comfort in her voice that made me feel at ease. I have also had a lot of IVs put in over the years and I can say that no one has administered one as pain-free as Joyce!"
"I was very anxious before my surgery, and I mentioned this to Joyce. She did everything she could to put me at ease. She asked me questions about myself as she started my IV. We learned that we were the same age and shared an interest in hiking in the West. She told me all about a hiking trip she had taken. I became so interested in her stories that I forgot my fear.
