Joyce Smith is a Team Leader in the NICU. She has earned the respect of her co-workers. Recently, one described Joyce as remaining calm in a stressful, hectic, and fast-paced environment. Joyce volunteers to work extra shifts, takes transport call, and leads the planning of the annual NICU reunion.
