Joyce is a real breath of fresh air. She is very informative and does an outstanding job as a nurse. She is a refreshing and comforting nurse. Joyce also makes sure you have everything you need as a patient. Joyce, in my opinion, is a "nurse’s nurse." She carries herself with class and integrity daily. In other words, if you will, Joyce is a class act and all by herself. She makes sure that you receive your medication promptly and that you order your meals on time. Joyce gives you that nurse-friend relationship feeling. She appears to genuinely care about your overall health and concentrates and focuses on your specific illness. She is always there when you need her. She is a total example of what a nurse should be and what a nurse should do to excel in their nursing care. Job well done, Joyce! Remember, Joyce, other patients do not care what you know. Patients only want to know that you care.
