Joycenth Johnson, RN

I have been to the hospital many times before. But never for my son. Going to the hospital is challenging enough but especially during RSV season. After 18 hours in the ER we finally got a bed. Joycenth or JJ as she introduced herself was waiting for us. I believe she saw the distress on my face, led me over to a couch, and put me to bed. She knew I would be of no service to my son if I didn't sleep. When I awoke, I found my son resting in bed. Several hours later, my son woke up in pain... JJ to the rescue with the best bedside manners I have ever experienced in my 40+ years of visiting family during hospital stays. JJ was patient, soothing, sympathetic, and may I even say, loving! I will never forget "my" nurse JJ. I owe her great gratitude and at the very least, this DAISY recommendation.
