Jozette is caring and hard-working and leads by example. Jozette always encourages staff members to strive for more, including certifications and higher education degrees. Jozette is an amazing resource to have in the department, as Jozette is very knowledgeable in her field of work. Not only is she a great resource for the floor, but also the whole hospital when she helps to educate other employees during the skills fair. Jozette is willing to help with any task at hand if any staff feels unsure of themselves and offers mounds of support! We cannot thank Jozette enough!
