After several days in the hospital, I became very worried about my lab results and feared my dismissal was going to be delayed. He helped clarify my lab and test results and gave me great assurance. He was there when I called, spent extra time dealing with my IVs, and carefully explained everything to me. He was a great comfort!

JR was so compassionate and gave excellent care to my mom, who was admitted with urosepsis. He ensured that she had proper nutrition and encouraged her to walk in the halls. Most importantly, he chatted with her and treated her kindly, even bringing her flowers. Healing goes beyond medications, and JR embodies that as a long-time nurse. Great job!
