My husband just had brain surgery and JR was our night nurse last night; he was amazing. He treated us with so much kindness and respect and showed my husband compassion, made him feel understood and heard! Being heard, really heard, is rare. JR listens but does his job correctly and proficiently. JR treated me wonderfully (the patient's wife) and made sure I was okay and comfortable the whole night. He worked well with his coworkers and always had a smile on his face.
