JT always tries very hard to make my experience at the wound clinic a positive one. He is always thinking of new ways to use the lift and the sling so it's more comfortable for me, even if it takes a little longer to do. He also is very good at putting my wound vac back on, so it is sealed tightly and doesn't alarm. He is always cheerful and kind. I automatically relax when he walks into the room.
