My mother-in-law came to the ER with an extremely low heart rate. Juan exhibited such confidence and did so in a calm and caring way. He has a strong knowledge base and knew exactly what steps to follow. He took the time to explain everything before proceeding and was pro-active rather than reactive, which is such an important quality when faced with emergent situations. I would like to commend Juan on a job well done! The outcome was better than it could have been, and I believe it was due to the care Juan provided. JMC should be very proud to have this team member. He never left her bedside and saw her off to Cath lab. Thanks for your hard work and dedication.
