I came in with heart pains and my nurse was so awesome, he made me feel so welcome. I just wanted you to know that you have a great team player named Juan. He kept coming into my room talking to me, keeping me updated with my results, and was also very gentle as he was drawing my blood. Juan was also very patient with the training student, he helped the student with no problem.
I just love to see that we still have good people who really care. Juan was polite and had an outgoing, great personality. I just want to say Thank You for making me feel welcomed and warm. We need more people like that!
