Ambulance to ER - Attended to by Juan. He was so diligent in his work in making my wife comfortable and calm in an otherwise painful and scary situation. His calm demeanor and tender caring reassured both of us. He treated my wife like his own mother, gentle handling, and reassuring. She has asked that Juan be her nurse even after transferring to a regular room.
