Juana Penaloza, RN

Juana has a shining personality. Her compassion and passion are radiant! Every time she entered the room, she was kind, patient, informative and caring. She stayed late to help her co-workers. Then she came in early the next day to help them, even though she was here extra hours the day before. She came to my Mother’s room just to check on her. She seems to truly care. She is truly an asset to FHN. Personalities such as hers are hard to find. She went above and beyond for my Mother to ensure she was safe and comfortable. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! Great care!
