We've been in a lot of hospitals these days and we just started chemo for breast cancer. But my wife had an extreme allergic reaction to a post-chemo drug. Cancer, chemo, allergic reaction-it's a lot to process. Juana took care of us in the ER like we were the only ones there! She carefully explained the reaction and what the doctor prescribed. But more than that, she explained the symptoms I need to look for when we got here. In an out of control situation, she broke it down for me and helped get it back under control. Not just the medical condition of my wife, but the mental condition of the caregiver- ME! Thank you for having such a skilled nurse. My words do not do her justice.
