Juana Sobrino Gonzalez, MSN, RN

I don’t think coworkers really take the time to show each other how much they truly appreciate one another, and although this is a small gesture, I cannot say how much it means to me to have such a great coworker as Juana. Whenever we are short, and she knows that I’m struggling to care for 14 patients, she always jumps in and helps in any way she can. I feel bad when my nurses do the majority of the work for our patients, but Juana doesn’t make me feel bad when we work together and says, “Hey, we are a team and I know you’ve got a lot to deal with and I’m OK to grab your sugars, vitals, and anything else to help you out.” And she never complains about it. Juana is an amazing nurse, professional, very caring, and an amazing coworker. I’m very happy to have met her. 9E is lucky to have her, and so am I!
