While waiting for my turn for my procedure, I watched nurse Juanita Bentley show compassion, patience, and care for a very irate patient who wanted to leave without a caretaker. Ms. Bentley remained calm and professional while keeping the unruly patient from exiting the building until the office manager could arrive and speak with the patient to arrange for her care. Ms. Bentley kept her composure and when done dealing with that, was right back to being attentive to her duties with a great attitude and smile.
