One day, while I was in the inpatient unit, I had a very bad day, and my mood was really low. I was crying when it was time for my pain medication, and Juvi didn't delay in bringing it to me. She asked if something was wrong, knowing that I usually don't cry, and I opened up to her about what was happening with my family and that I was going through a tough time. Juvi hugged me and told me, "Stay strong, and everything will be okay." After that moment, I grew to love her a lot because she is kind.

She doesn’t just do her job and leave; she has a great sense of humanity. I hope she gets recognized for her efforts because everyone, including the patients, loves her. This shows her positive impact.
