Juby Raju, Registered Nurse

I underwent pancreatic surgery. I was in severe pain. I did not know what to do because when I asked one of the nurses, she said that the pain was in my mind, while the doctor told me that in this situation, severe pain was expected and I should ask for painkillers immediately. I was disappointed with the nurses until I met Juby Raju – she took extra care of me and compassionately ensured I was not mentally exhausted or begging for painkillers. When the painkillers were not working, she even requested doctors to directly suggest what could be done. She fully treated my case and ensured that my pain was reduced and that I was able to sleep. I have been here for 12 days, and her behavior is consistent every time. She is a good healer, empathetic, and loving.
