Judd does not only take care of the patient, but also the family.
Judd Prioux has had a total of 7 nominations, five of which he received this quarter. Funny enough most of his nominations are not from his patients, but actually from the family members and caregivers of his patients.

A patient’s personal 24-hour caregiver had this to say: He makes patients and families feel comfortable and happy. Very thankful to him. He deserves a pat on the shoulder and a thumbs up. We like him and assume many patients like him too. He really does a good job.

Judd does not only take care of the patient, but also the family. For example, he was very caring and went right to work taking care of my husband and also took care of me by getting a caseworker to get me home health care without me even asking. I had given up getting help and was desperate and exhausted. He made us feel very well taken care of and explained everything very clearly answering every question and concern we had.

I am so thankful for him. Judd was very patient with my dad and took the time to explain things so my father understood; not only did he show care for my dad, but he cared for me when I experienced nausea from the stress of the situation. I appreciate his compassionate care for both of us today.

Judd is so incredible he is inspiring others to become nurses He gave me so much-needed relationship advice with my mom. His personality is so welcoming and one conversation will make you instantly adore him. Plus he treats my mom really nicely. He knows his job and he gave my mom every one of her medications. I want to be a nurse like him when I grow up.

I think one of his patients summoned it up best: This nurse by far has been one the kindest nurses (human beings) I have ever encountered. He is very sweet, knowledgeable, and caring. He made sure that I was comfortable and understood everything that was taking place with me and my health. If I could nominate him ten times, I would. Thank you St. Luke's for finding and hiring people (nurses) like him.
