Despite the changing management and the arrival and departure of many travelers, Judi has consistently stood out as an outstanding nurse, and her work ethic remains unmatched.
It is with great pleasure that we nominate Judi for the DAISY Award. Judi began her nursing journey at Hardin Medical Center in January of 2022 and has since completed nine extensions at the facility. Her unwavering dedication to providing exceptional care to her patients is evident in her consistent performance and unwavering commitment to her work.
Despite the changing management and the arrival and departure of many travelers, Judi has consistently stood out as an outstanding nurse, and her work ethic remains unmatched. Her colleagues and patients alike have come to appreciate her unmatched work ethic and her ability to take charge of any situation without a complaint. She has always been willing to go above and beyond what is required of her to ensure that her patients receive the best possible care. Judi is always willing to take on extra shifts and put in the extra effort to create a better working environment for her colleagues and patients. Her colleagues and patients all appreciate the exceptional care she provides, and her departure is sure to be felt throughout the facility. Judi's dedication and hard work have not gone unnoticed. Her facility began an Employee of the Month program in March 2024, and Judi was the second person recognized as a winner of this program. Her colleagues changed the title to “Employee of the Year,” a testament to their respect and admiration for her dedication to her work.
In summary, Judi is an exceptional nurse whose contributions to the Hardin Medical Center have been unmatched. Her unwavering commitment to her patients and colleagues, even in the face of challenges, has been nothing short of remarkable.
