I am writing to express my profound gratitude for the exceptional care I recently received from Mrs. Salazar, Nurse Practitioner. As a Veteran with several ongoing medical conditions, I have experienced varying levels of medical care over the years. My recent encounter with Mrs. Salazar; however, stands out as a beacon of excellence. During a time of severe pain, I visited the clinic to leave a message for a nurse. As my condition worsened, I sought an appointment, and since my primary care physician was unavailable, I was scheduled to see Mrs. Salazar. I consider myself truly blessed to have been placed in her capable hands. From the moment I arrived, it was evident that Mrs. Salazar had thoroughly reviewed my medical history prior to our appointment. She was well prepared to address my concerns, and once I was in her office, I felt like a human being respected and heard.
