Judith a great asset to Kaiser as a whole. She's an amazing team player. She's very personable and jokes around when time permits and at the same time, she's very focused on her job and able to multi-task. Judith is like a Duracell battery that does not run out of energy. She excels enthusiasm in her work, and you can tell that she loves being a nurse. She is able to delegate tasks to team members as needed and at the same time able to answer call lights and assist clients without hesitation. She does not appear to get tired and assists everyone with a smile. She even took time to coach one of the nurses on E-Consent.
Even when the unit was very busy, she makes it enjoyable to work. It's always a pleasure to work with her. Judith does not only possess the clinical expertise required in her job, but she also has emotional intelligence. She promotes comradery amongst her team members. She shows compassion and appreciation of her team members which translates to a positive work environment. You will only hear positive things about her from her co-workers. To sum it all up, Judith is an exemplary leader and employee.
