Judy stepped in to help prepare me for my lumbar puncture when she noticed that her colleague was occupied with another patient. Right from the start, Judy brought a sense of humor and positive energy to the situation, which helped alleviate my nerves and skepticism about the procedure. Throughout the process, Judy's reassuring demeanor and clear explanations eased my concerns. She outlined each step of the procedure and patiently addressed all of my questions, ensuring I felt informed and at ease. As I began to experience a fever, Judy went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. She efficiently communicated my condition to the doctor performing the procedure, relieving me of that burden and further reassuring me that I was in capable hands. Thanks to Judy's exceptional care and attention to detail, what could have been a scary and intimidating experience turned into a surprisingly pleasant one. I am immensely grateful for Judy's expertise, compassion, and ability to turn a challenging situation into a positive one. She truly exemplifies the qualities of an outstanding nurse, and I felt fortunate to have her by my side during this procedure.
