My nurse, Judy, goes to the fullest of her ability to comfort, explain, inform and assist in any way with any patient. I have had multiple medical experiences in the past three years and each time she provided the highest quality of care, knowledge, and professionalism I have ever seen. She reassured me on my transfer to another hospital, gave me information on expected care there and helped me with follow up care and appointments. My concern and anxiety were relieved. I worked as an RN for over thirty years. Even an RN needs help during sickness and trauma. The care, knowledge, and concern for her patients demonstrates a degree of professionalism that I wish I could have achieved in my own career.
