Judy Craft, BSN, RN

Judy was my nurse during the delivery of my son. Upon getting admitted, Judy explained everything to me, from the process to the equipment that may be used. She made sure I knew exactly what was happening throughout my time with her as my nurse. This was incredibly comforting as I was so nervous the whole time. She even told me that if they ever used any terminology I didn't understand, to just ask and she would explain. Judy also immediately caught my son's arrhythmia on the monitor, called basically every nurse and supervisor in to help figure out what was going on. She even moved me to a different room in case the machine was malfunctioning. I truly felt cared for and safe with her as my nurse. I felt at ease with her there, even in the chaotic situation. I ended up with an emergency C-section, which prevented me from seeing my son in the nursery until the time he was flown out. Judy took photos of him for me. Got pictures of my husband holding the baby when I could not be there. I have pictures of moments that would be lost otherwise because of her kindness towards me.
