My mother was sent to the ER to be admitted to the hospital. My mother was nervous and upset about this, knowing she was going to be placed on dialysis. Judy was so kind, patient and thoughtful with Mom. While she was very thorough and conscientious in all she did, she still took the time to explain and educate us about what was being done and what to expect next. It was very clear that Judy takes tremendous pride in her work and provides the highest standard of care to patients and families. She absolutely went above and beyond for us.
