Judy Foster, RN

Judy is the Nursing Supervisor. She often is the last step of the service recovery process. For a service recovery concern to reach Judy, it usually goes through three other staff members. When a service recovery situation arrives to Judy, she is empathetic, caring, and able to resolve each concern in a way that makes the patient and family member feel like their concern matters, like they matter. This is what Nursing is all about.
