Judy went above and beyond and helped me through some very difficult times. I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude and accolades to her. I had a cystoscopy in 2009, but this one resulted in significantly more "after pain" and thus my admittance for pain management. Judy was friendly, always asking what she could do to help me as I was uncomfortable, even with the regular morphine IVs coupled with the oxycodone pills I was taking for pain. She learned my 'routine' of having a pillow pressed to my groin where the added support seemed to help. I feel Judy had the 'extra' for a nurse that cannot be learned from a textbook or training. It is innate, I'm sure, and my stay in the unit was more beneficial because of all she did for me. Any patient fortunate to have Judy as their nurse will have a faster and more comfortable recovery. I thank her for her care.
