Judy Glenn received the DAISY Award for helping a patient through the frustration of not getting discharged when hoped. The patient stated that even though he knew she was very busy, she took the time to talk to him and ease his mind. He and his family were so appreciative of her communication and patience during a tough time. Amazing, Judy!
