Judy Hodge, RN

Judy is the glue that holds our unit together. Our unit has been understaffed the last two days due to illness. I have watched Judy do it all from working the HUC desk, walking a distraught parent to the C garage instead of just telling them how to get there, and constantly checking on her staff to see if everyone was okay and needed anything, and if they weren’t she would find them help or do it herself. Judy is the most deserving person I know, she does so much for the NICU, and she needs to know we all see her and appreciate her. When the ship is sinking, I would pick her as my captain every time.
