My husband came to Atrium Health Pineville for an emergency visit. We were both anxious, worried, and scared. I am 76 and he is 82 with multiple health issues. Judy went out of her way to help us calm down by calmly explaining what was going on. She made sure we understood what was said. No matter how busy she was, she took the time to reassure us that we were cared about and getting the care we needed. I tend to panic easily, and she helped to calmly take the time to reassure both my husband and me that all was well. I can’t thank her enough.
