Ms. Ross serves a very complex population of veterans with chronic social and medical needs. She is frequently complimented by both staff and patients as an integral member of the interdisciplinary team providing care to this group of veterans. This group frequently requires a higher level of coordination, communication, and follow up to ensure they meet the goals of their care plan. Her compassion, patience, and willingness to help these veterans gain access to the supportive care they need and their families need to helpimprove their quality of life and maintain a positive attitude.
