I would like to honor and praise nurse Judy Santelices, (Nurse Judy) for giving me outstanding service and care during my allergy shots for the last year. Nurse Judy always provided prompt service, professional attitude, and quality care. She is diligent and very meticulous and thorough in my allergy shot dosage. Nurse Judy has a positive attitude and is easy to work with. She is very considerate of the patients' needs and always tried to complete the process in a timely manner.
Nurse Judy also has personal exemplary characteristics that I would like to mention. She is kind and considerate and has great concern for the patient's welfare. During the long process of the shots, I had considered quitting because of my work schedule. Nurse Judy encouraged me to continue and helped me to arrange a more conducive schedule for my shots. She went beyond the call of duty and took a personal interest and concern in my case while providing superb service. I would like to thank the VA for such a great employee as Nurse Judy. She was tough when she had to be in administering the shots and gave compassion and concern for me personally. It was a pleasure dealing with her and refreshing to be treated with such dignity and care. I am looking forward to my new allergy free life thanks to the allergy clinic and the admirable service that was provided by Nurse Judy.
