Judy Thomas is a powerhouse of energy and a huge cheerleader for the Nursing Division at Children's. She rallied the troops and led us to our 3rd Magnet Designation with coordinating our documents, getting staff invested and collaborating with our visit during a snowstorm, no less. Judy has also now led the efforts in document writing to get PICU and NICU the Gold Beacon Award for ICU excellence. We could not have accomplished these goals without Judy's great leadership and team spirit!
