Judy Wilson is a staff nurse on the Orthopedic Unit, although she previously spent over 20 years of her career in the Surgical Services department. Judy was nominated by a patient who cited that Judy exhibited an interest in the entire patient.

"She was very dutiful but also attempted to put the patient more at ease by explaining care and also expressed interest in my life as a whole".

Judy is frequently commended for her friendliness and how she individualizes care, answers questions and displays so much compassion. One patient remembered Judy from a previous surgery 2 years prior to her hospitalization again.
