Judy made a lasting impression on the patient's family, they felt that Judy demonstrated our Mission Statement by providing hope and healing to not only this family but to all the patients she worked with. While the family struggled with their loved one's illness Judy was kind, listened to them and explained exactly what was happening with the family. The family felt she was an angel, taking time from her busy work load to work with them and continually checking on the patient to answer any questions the family had. When the patient was moved to the hospice unit, she went with the family, hugging them and crying with them.
