I can think of more than one instance in which Jules has gone above and beyond not only for her patients but for new employees as well. I recently was informed of two family members praising this nurse. They stated that she provided exceptional care to their loved ones.
For example, Jules went to the main lobby to retrieve an iPad so that the family was able to FaceTime with their father during the holidays. Furthermore, she also assisted the patient to stand by his bedroom window so he could see his family downstairs with Get Well signs. Additionally, she is a great preceptor to all new staff.
Thank you, Jules Ortiz, for taking such great care of not only patients but your peers as well! I truly believe that Jules deserves to be recognized for the wonderful job that she does and for the beautiful person that she is!
