Juli exemplifies what it means to be a nurse. She is caring, compassionate and devoted to all those she cares for. She goes the extra mile for her patients and their families and establishes an immediate bond with them. She is a very hard worker and a great team member, always going above and beyond the expectations. She arrives at work with a smile and that warmness is shared with all those that she encounters throughout her day. She is an excellent nurse.

Juli is a role model in patient interaction; she has been recognized by her patients both in writing and verbally to her peers and supervisor. Juli instantly establishes a rapport with her clients and it is clear to them and those observing that she truly does care about their comfort, safety, and overall experience during their visit with her. She goes out of her way to ensure a positive patient experience. I have seen her walk them to the elevator and ask if there is anything else she can do for them. Per our mission, every patient every time. To me, she is an example of the best and brightest here at HMC and that is saying something as we all strive to put our patients first.
