Juli went above and beyond the regular standard of care for her patient. My husband was at Rex Heart and Vascular for a heart ablation. He was under the care of many great nurses. Juli stood out above all the others for her genuine concern for my husband's health after he left the hospital. She was able to reach his very stubborn side and his workaholic attitude. Her professionalism, kindness and dedication to her patient and his care was phenomenal!

The discharge process was explained clearly and patiently. She answered all of our questions and concerns. She is by far the best of the best example of what excellent healthcare should look and be like.

Juli's sincere care made a real difference in my husband's attitude and stubbornness once we were home. (I reminded him of Juli’s words.) Her expertise and calming spirit are invaluable. Juli's bedside manner is exceptional.
