Juli Smith is an extraordinary nurse. I rely on her skills and "street smarts" to not only guide the care of the patients but also to ensure the trauma surgeons and TESS residents do the right thing for the patients. Juli does this so well that my partners and I never even know she's following up on us to ensure the patients receive the very best care. Juli always has a smile on her face and, God bless her, has never once let me know how she really feels when I show up to ask "just one more favor'.
