I found Ms. Underwood to be extremely knowledgeable, professional, and empathetic. Her caring and concern greatly assisted me at a time I felt truly miserable from extreme vertigo due to labyrinthitis. Since I am also an RN, I was comforted and encouraged by Ms. Underwood's ability to relate to me as both a patient and person, a real skill in the fast-paced environment in which she works.
