Dear Juli Warburton, it is very interesting to have worked with countless nurses with different personalities, beliefs, and all sorts of behavioral inclinations as humans should exist. There are those who are very energetic and laid back, adventurous and reserved, and there are those who are workaholic and playful, but it is a blessing having to work with you who have a respectable work ethic, moral high ground, amazing teamwork, and calm demeanor. You spring into action and offer help and solutions to such challenges we face during our grueling 12-hour graveyard shift. You have helped me navigate this unit when things get tight, and you always did it at the right time and right moment. I can tell that you have an amazing leadership quality brewing inside you. You are very accommodating and welcoming to not only co-workers but your patients. These qualities are essential and are necessary for our success in the delivery of the best quality health care. You are a perfect role model for our younger nurses and older nurses alike. You are instrumental of why we do best on what we do best.
