Nurse Julia showed us incredible compassion, care, and professionalism to both my father and our entire family during a very difficult time. She took the time to answer all of our questions with patience and clarity, never making us feel rushed or like a burden. What stood out most was how she comforted not just my dad as her patient, but us as his family. She was attentive, kind, and empathetic.

One moment that really stayed with me was when she recommended that we step out of the room before my dad’s tubes were removed. It was a deeply thoughtful suggestion that protected us from seeing something distressing, and I’ll always be grateful for her foresight and sensitivity. Her actions showed that she truly cared; she wasn’t just doing a job, she was offering comfort, guidance, and strength when we needed it most.
