I am forever grateful for the extraordinary care provided by Julia! I brought my son in, bracing myself for a potential COVID or Flu diagnosis. But from the moment we met her in triage, her compassionate and angelic demeanor immediately put us at ease. She listened attentively to our concerns, asked thoughtful questions, and addressed our every need.
When I shared that my son is autistic, she seamlessly transitioned into 'mom mode,' revealing that she, too, has an autistic son. This beautiful connection instantly made me feel comfortable and reassured. Her patience and gentle approach amazed me as she coaxed my son into cooperating with the medical procedures. Her ability to soothe his anxiety and make him feel comfortable was truly inspiring.
When the swabbing was complete, my son astonished me by expressing his desire to stay and work with her all night. I firmly believe that God brought her into our lives that night, and I am deeply thankful for her remarkable care and compassion.
