Role Model Compassionate Care: Julia consistently works 10 + hour days to ensure that patient care and staff work flow run as efficiently as possible. Because of the time she is at work, she is a true presence and resource for not only the RN staff, but the MDs and technologists who work with us. She is the "Go to" person for all of us in HVC.

Special Connection: Julia recognizes staff as humans who have lives outside of work. She is ethical, caring and always looking to help the staff in any way she can. She is "the kind of boss everyone would love to have". Because of her kindness and compassion, staff is willing to go above and beyond for her. She is fair, listens attentively to concerns, and ALWAYS follows through with questions and concerns.

Significant Difference: Julia was a great bedside nurse, and her enthusiasm for patient care, and always putting the patient first are evident every day. She shares information about both good and bad outcomes regularly with staff so that we may work to improve patient care and outcomes.
