Julia Duran greeted me with a big smile and brightened my day every time she entered my room. Julia went above and beyond more than once to gather information for me, talked to the APN on my behalf and just made me feel safe. She worked endlessly to make me comfortable and manage my pain. It's been weeks since I was hospitalized, and I still am thinking about her kindness. Julia also made my family feel welcome and was patient with all their questions too. Julia deserves a DAISY Award!
